Forgotten Password

Occasionally, passwords can be forgotten. This web site provides an automated facility to email your password to you, should you forget it. In order to do so,  it is necessary to validate your request by ensuring you are authorized to receive this information.

Authorizing your request is done by asking you to answer the question that you provided when the account was first created. You must answer this question correctly in order to have your password revealed to you.

Once your request has been validated, your password will be emailed to the email address supplied when the account was created.

It is not possible to send you your original password. The password you provide us with is stored in an encrypted form, and can not be unencrypted by anyone. Since you have forgotten your password, a new one will be created by the server and emailed to you. You must log in using the new password. You may then use the "Change Password" function if you wish to make it more memorable.
